The staff which includes doctors and nurses are very friendly. The office are separated, first floor is the ear and the second floor is for the nose. We got there early but there were a number of patients waiting so expect a wait of 30 mins. Plenty of room to sit on the second floor and the Doctor is very friendly and professional. 4/5!
