Rented a 2014 Electra Glide classic from EagleRider at New York Motorcycles.
Warm & friendly welcome from Nav & the others. Bike ran perfectly, it was obviously well maintained. When we returned, Nav looked after us again & arranged for a taxi into Manhattan. Great service & highly recommended.

RENTER BE AWARE.!!!!!! BEWARE BE CAREFUL BEFORE RENTING ANYTHING FROM EAGLE RIDER. THE BIKES THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT WHAT THEY PROVIDE FOR YOU WHEN YOU RENT.
I rented a Ducati Multi strada 1200s and pictured it says it had hard side cases and when I got to the dealer at motorcycle mall it did not come with side cases but rather a small strapped down travel case AND all the modes were disabled so could not really enjoy the full versatility of the bike. ALSO THE BIKE WAS NOT REALLY LOOKED OVER CAREFULLY ENOUGH. The Kick stand sensor come out and almost derailed my entire trip if not for a good samaritan who helped jerryrig the bike so i could continue on my trip.

EAGLE RIDDER Never mentions any of this at all. What is pictured would be what is being rented. AMA should drop them.

THEY ARE VERY MISLEADING AND NOT HONEST SO MAKE SURE WHAT IS PICTURED IS WHAT IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE.

@ months later after complaining to the rep they still have not changed or updated the site. RENTER BE AWARE

I made a reservation online for the next day, paid in advance and confirmed. On the day, 30mn before pick-up time and already on my way, I received a call from the shop saying there was no bike for me. The guy on the line was dry, offering no excuse or promo for future reservation, just saying he didn't understand why they let me book the bike. I guess it's not his personal fault but clearly no customer experience perspective. I needed to cancel my week-end plan, including an hotel room for which I had to pay cancel fee. The only question asked was: "Shall I refund your credit card?" You got it genius!

Will never use this shop again...

I'm a motorcycle enthusiast and I love so much to ride those two-wheel beasts with bloody powerful engines. Unfortunately I don't have opportunity to own a bike I dream every night about. Thanks a lot to EagleRider (in Queens Village) that they give me a chance to feel that unforgivable pleasure of feeling a freedom on two wheels. Every time I'm eager to hit the road I rent a bike they offer. They have a good variety of bikes. Of course the price is not low but I couldn't find cheaper options. Their bikes are in very good condition, very fresh and the store's personnel is very friendly. I rented a bike couple times already and I haven't been disappointed with their service. I recommend this location to everyone.

Could not ask for anything better. Lived in NY for 3 yrs before. Was here for 3 days only and wanted to ride a bike in NYC again. The Harley was like brand new. I was afraid helmets were going to be old. But rental free helmets were like brand new too. The staff was very friendly. Gave us directions, tips; explained the bike well; called us a cab.
Only down side: I got a parking ticket in Brooklyn:(
