very unprofessional. They confirmed me for 11:00 am move out, When I called them by 11:30 am athey told any time between is 11-1:00 pm. when i called at 1:00 pm they told as soon as possible and then stopped taking any calls. Finally they arrived at 3:30 pm - 4 1/2 hours delay ?!?. The move out guy in charge was rude and was threatening to pull out if I rush the guys when my husband explained elevator is locked only till 4:00 pm. never ever go there, they are not cheap either. i thought with money professionalism will come. it is only waste of time and money.

Worst moving company in the world avoid at all cost they will rob you blind and the company boss Eli gives you a quote and that charges double or triple the original fee don't waste your time or money dealing with these crooks and the people they hire are convicted criminals drug addicts and illegal immigrants from local street corners I did my research after my move was done stupid move I know but there web page and bbb was good reviews but I found out that this company pays d.o.t fines just to stay in business avoid this company!!!!! do not get swindled like I did. I am still going to court and filed a police report in regards to this moving company.
