Eagle Rock Apartments at Mineola

Location is perfect, dealing with main office is difficult, staff is not that attentive, hard to communicate. Lived here for a year made us fix floors after dogs were only on weekends. They were tiny dogs we had them 7 times at our apartment Not good management Denise palmer was excellent very helpful

I lived in Eagle Rock Apartments at copiague NY in 2013-2014 I am a physician by profession. If you are planning to rent out these apartments, at the time of move in, please inspect every thing in detail and look for every small thing. I am telling this based on a personal painful experience when I moved out of these apartments. When I moved in, i just signed the move in sheet where every thing was already filled with every thing good but when I moved out, I personally cleaned the apartment myself but they charge me 330$ out of my security for cleaning and painting (although every thing was clean). The paints were in good shape and need little bit of touch up (It was me and my wife who resided in the apartment and we did not have any kids to make any mess). The maintenance staff keep a grudge against you if you complained against them as I did against one of them as he misbehaved to my wife who was just trying to keep her apartment clean and this person brought his dirty snow shoes inside the apartment and when she asked him to take the shoes off, he not only misbehaved but refused to do the job and left. I personally complained against him but no action was taken and then when I moved out, he mentioned that incident and said that it is a pay back time. I again mentioned it to the apt management, but no action was taken, rather they penalized me above amount based on a false report. Thanks
