Maintenance? Forget it. They lie about scheduling paint jobs, claiming they'll do it unless something else comes up. They let my bathroom go so it was a DISGRACE, claiming they had to get permission to get in upstairs first to stop the leak from their tub, which they never did. Take a good look at the schlock fixtures. Chris came into my apt. one AM and without any warning opened the door as they smelled gas, my cats could've escaped. A BUNCH OF BUMS.
