When business don't have competition this is what happens. There should be a class action lawsuit against these THUGS.
Apparently they like to forfeit tag deposits even when you have the tags.

These employees and possibly the slowest/most unhelpful I have even encountered in ANY atmosphere. I had all of my paperwork in order, and it still took me over forty minutes to get anything accomplished. On top of that they were RUDE.
The entire automated EZ pass system is also a JOKE. I have never had to work with such unless tech support before. Every call I've had with them (which has had to be well over 20) has ended the same way-them telling me that there is nothing they can do. For ANY of the problems I was having.
Basically, avoid EZ pass like the plague. They suck more then a leech.

The customer service at this office is horrible. Apparently we are disturbing them. I was very organized and had everything ready at the window but anything question was a bother to them. Daniel was at the window where you pick up your tags & her attitude and customer service was disgusting, I do not know how they have her working there. I would not return to this office, where is management?
