Stupid, the worst place I've ever been. The nastiest customer service ever. They didn't give me SI resident ezpass because I don't have my original registration yet. I have my temporary one, because just purchased the car. Basically what they are saying is that pay freakin 11.08 every time when you come. F*** your service

This place is great, dont know why people are bitching so much. They do their jobs and im in and out in less than 2 minutes. I dont give a crap the clerks is not well mannered, they do their jobs and thats all i need. Excellent service.

8 minutes since i entered, until i was out. The missing star is for the lady who helped me, and made me feel that being there and helping me is the last thing and place she want to be or do right now...
But again, 8 minutes to get inside, refill my account, and go out. Impressive!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, NASTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, AND ALL THEY WANT IT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY... IF I DIDNT ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE EZPASS FOR THE DISCOUNT I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOOOOOOOOOOOONG DONE WITH THESE NASTY PEOPLE... LET ALONE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE RACIST AS WELL...... BEFORE ME A BLACK MAN WAS HAVING A FULL CONVO WITH THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING TO... WHEN MY TURN CAME UP ALL I GOT WAS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE THAN THE 2 PEOPLE BEFORE ME ALL BECAUSE I SAID MY EZPASS WAS TAKEN AWAY FOR NO REASON WHICH IS TRUE BECAUSE MY BATTERY DIED..
