I used them several times a year and they have been outstanding every time. Their prices are reasonable and there response time to get me to and back from the airport is excellent. I use them exclusively because of their dependable service.

Well, I wouldn't recommend this place. Yes, they valet the car for you, take you to the airport, and pick you up, but geeze, these people seem to really not like their jobs, at least one lady. Very rude on the phone and extremely difficult to deal with. She does not care if her customers come back.

This place will work, but if you can find another, then do that.

Didn't answer phone for 15 mins. Then me on hold for 5 minutes. Then, while I was holding the line, they answered for my wife. Gave her the wrong door info, then drove past us. Driver said to "take our time" while lugging our luggage over without offering help (I've tipped the drivers in the past).

When at the pickup location, the attendant refused to take our payment unless we went and got a print receipt from our online purchase. We had to log into our email in the hotel. I'm sitting here right now still trying to figure this out.

I'll never use them again.

Most ridiculous parking lot ever. Most rude attendants. The guy used curse words on the phone. Turns out he was the manager of the place. The shuttle service is prompt but I can pay the same price elsewhere without having to deal with obnoxious people. Customer service at a whole new level.

DO NOT USE THIS PARKING BEFORE READING THIS!!!!!!
!!!!!!!! $3100.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE AND THEY DONT WANT TO PAY !!!!!!
I dropped off my car and went on a trip for 4 days. When i got back my car was rear ended. They never gave me a complete explanation of how it happened so i don't know whether one of the driver backed up into another car or they drove another car into mine. When you drop off the car they are the ones who park it. They don't allow anyone to park their own car in the lot so it is for a fact one of their employees crashed my car. When i call to speak to "JOY"(the person who handles the claims) she is never at her desk or she is always on a call but she is never available. Please help put an end to this and report them to the Better Business Bureau and New Jersey Department of consumer affairs !!!! The more people report them the sooner we get them shut down!!!! THERE'S PICTURES OF THE CAR ON YELP!!!
