This "office" is made up of, what I can most politely call, unprofessional. The owner is rude, the service is horrible and they are all incompetent! I implore you to simply stay away from these people as they will treat you like animals.

The team is great, and customer service superb. Not sure what the rest of these reviewers experienced, but Meir and his team have consistently gone above and beyond to make this bureaucratic process smooth and effortless. If you find yourself stuck with an expired passport, no one can help you better.
