always long lines and not enough workers

This place by far has some of the rudest workers I have ever met. This is my second time visiting this location and it was just as bad as the first. The office is very busy to begin with so expect long wait times. Once you do make it to a representative be prepared because they will not help you with questions you might have. Anytime I tried to ask a simple question I was either told to call the EZ Pass number or interrupted in the middle of a question to call the number. I don't know where this office found these people but congratulations on hiring such ill-mannered employees.

Why is it taking so long to get service for a basic thing like charging EZ pass account? 16 people in line, 3 cashiers working. When you get to the cashier they really try to speed it up, and they have nothing to do with the long wait. But why cant they hire more people? I think that they are making so much money from the bridges and tunnels, that they can afford to hire few more people to speed up the lines.
On an other level: The prices of 7.5$ each side is absolutely crazy! This is way too much. And when i cross it twice a day, i am losing 30$ a day!!

Long line and only 3 Windows dedicated to issues and applications 2 windows for payments. Waited hour to add a tag to an existing account.
