Awful service. The remote start will mess up your car (i.e. car won't start sometimes or burn other mechanics inside) and Eric (the guy that installs the alarm/remote start is very rude) will come up with all kinds of excuses to not fix your problem. He will not listen to any of the problems you are having with your car, he will just say "this alarm is good, there is no problem with this, I will not touch it". I even offered him money to check the wiring and he just refused, is like he's obsessed with the products he sells he refuses to believe there's anything wrong with them. Now I have to take my car to be repaired to another place which I'm sure will charge me more for this moron's mistake.
