I have emailed their customer support supervised since June 18, she assured me they
would send me a replacement blender for the one that keeps breaking in the same spot. It is now August 11, 2014 and I have yet received any response nor replacement blender from this company.
Ms. Antoinette Ramos is supposed to be the Supervisor of Customer Service at E. Mishan Sons, Inc, she is not representing your company too well or actually giving any good customer service!!
