They call the tow truck on anyone that parks in the alley next to the dog day care. I understand they are within their legal rights. But lets face it, people are going to pick up or drop off their dog. They dont sit there for more than 5 minutes.
I just think its bad karma, and being a bad neighbor. I live in elmwood park and i'd move to canada before I did business with these not nice people.
