"My son needed a light fixed. I went to one place that took the light out, told me it couldn’t be fixed and then quoted me something like $475! They did not offer to put the light back in – there was no way I could let my son drive that car! I mean come on!! On a fluke I stopped at E&S Auto, they let my son pick up the light from a dealer (he was right there) rather than wait several days for it to arrive. They fixed the light in a matter of hours and at an extremely reasonable rate. They were super sweet, eager for the work and I would go there again. I always recommend them to anyone who needs help. Horrible, SERVICE, they steal your money, be aware!!!
my car was in the shop for more than two month on and off, they lie to you and they take your insurance money left and right unless you catch them do it, in my case, I cough there mistake and reported to my insurance company, let's see that happens.

I am still going through to fix my car from their mistake as of 4/15/2010; I have insurance company to investigate them.They lie to you and charge you the higher cost of OEM but with aftermarket product.
Even worse, they damaged more parts to fix their mistake and not fixing it. Now they are not picking up my phone. JUST KEEP IN MIND, BE AWRE OF THIS E&S SHOP. And the owner’s name is Edward!

I am not sure who is Andrew, but I am not a teenager, and how does he know what had happen at the shop? This seems very strange, as if Edword, the owner of the shop tries to hire someone to write his shop rated at "TOP-NOTCH BODY SHOP!!!‎‎" I don't think I need to say anymore about this. If you are a customer like me, you will understand where I am coming from. Just BE AWARE.

Not very nice things to say about review of others!!! It is very simple thing; I just want to get my car fix the right way without any SICK stories like this. Good luck.
