Around Christmas time I put a deposit down on a Mori Lee gown at this 'establishment' for a wedding that was originally planned for July (7 months later). #1, I was told that I would get a call in MARCH when my 'dress' came in. #2, I was told all alterations would be included (by whomever took my order that day). I didn't receive any contact until JUNE! They were rushed and trying to tell me to hurry in by Friday so we could 'get the dress done' by the wedding. Then they told me I would be picking it up to take home because they were moving their store and couldn't fit it in the store! They wanted me to travel back and forth with any alterations which I was NOT informed of. Then I was told the alterations would be additional fees. If I had been told that up front I wouldn't have minded, but they were dishonest. At this point I was very upset. She told me I could store the dress there if the balance and alterations were paid in full that day (also not informed of this beforehand!). I told them I'd rather not do business with them and to please return my deposit and they turned me down time and time again. Now I'm out $600.00 with a dress they will resell for retail price while pocketing my money. NOT FAIR! Buyers and shoppers beware: don't ruin your wedding day by going to this store!
