CRIMINAL PRACTICE!
My suspicion is that Ernie looked up my NAME ONLY IN HIS RECORDS, saw that HE had not replaced a very expensive part, assumed it was never replaced and tried to sell me it AGAIN! The back peddling gave it away! TOTALLY CRIMINAL
I had this part replaced 1 year ago by another mechanic, Ernie didn't know until I TOLD HIM TO PULL TE RECEIPT OUT OF MY TRUNK! His tune changed after he saw the receipt. He didn't even reset my oil light after a $285 oil change.
