I had the opportunity to visit DMI three times this year and their friendly services are wonderful. The staffs had a welcoming approach and very professional. I enjoyed their services.

well I didn't even make the appointment. I was speaking with a rude receptionist trying to make an appointment for my child. She asks me " what's the name of the kid?" I said excuse me, she said " name of the kid?" I said she was quite rude to , asking for the name of my child or of my daughter is appropriate, but to say whats the name of the kid that was out of line and unprofessional. I promptly told her that I would rather go to a more professional place and hung up the phone.

Nasty receptionist, attitude issue. We were 20 mins late and she took another patient without courtesy calling to check if we are around the corner. She should be working somewhere else where patient interaction is Zero. OR the management should train her how to talk before putting her at the front desk.

I had an awesome experience, the staff was excellent. I had an appointment for 5pm, I was called in at 5:30pm after I completed my paperwork. The facility was well maintained and they made you extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others..

Service with the receptionist was HORRIBLE to say the least! First off, upon making the appointment I was eventually told that I could not get both cervical and lumbar mri done the same day as per my insurance (BCBS of NJ). I found out that it was not my insurance policy that stated this but the policy of their own facility as per BCBS. Making me have to make two trips there, paying two co-pay. Also, I was set up for pick-up transportation made by my chiropractor for me and they called me (dmi) to confirm everything and on the day of pick up I had to drive myself out there. When I arrived, and approached the receptionist desk she had me just standing there while she was shuffling around some papers, I started to leave but I was asked to come back by another patient. She eventually looked my way and when I told her who I was, she stated "you are early" ( I arrived at 1:45pm and my appt. was for 2:30) I told her that your transportation service never showed up and she told me that I was never given an appt. for pick up. boy was I upset! Her demeanor was unprofessional and finally at 3:15 she calls me to the desk and ask me to stand there while she ask everyone else to have a seat. But inside the imaging room, the tech was oh so VERY POLITE. If the receptionist tell you they cannot do both mri's because your insurance company stated that it's policy, ask for the reference number and get a name ( if you have BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD of NJ). That is not BCBS policy, I made a claim with the dept of banking and insurance.
