Severely unprofessional. Treated my mother as if she was nothing more than this dentist's next paycheck instead of a patient who needed simple rescheduling due to bad weather. Had the nerve to send an irrelevant letter 3 weeks later pretty much making it out as if she purposely cancelled her appointments, yet doesn't issue any apology for statements made or general concern for the reasons why my mother cancelled. Would never consider going here after this.
