When I moved in to my new beautiful home, I thought the world was a perfect place and had all the confidence in my local "Durso Home Builder." And then things started to happen. I noticed after about a year that all my cabinet doors were splitting in my kitchen. The same cherry wood cabinets that I had paid a few extra thousand for were all cracking. Also leaks in the stucco. Turns out the builder had used the cheapest grade cherry wood cabinet available and only half the needed stucco to seal windows. I had to do all the legwork myself to get everything fixed what a nightmare.
