I dislike expending energy to pass along negativity, but I feel obligated to let the community know about my poor experience with Dupont Cleaners.
I have lived in the neighborhood for over ten years and have never experienced a Dry Cleaning business as indifferent and unaccommodating as Dupont Cleaners is.
I can tell my story but the bottom line is that the manager / owner that was attempting to do business with me tried to pass off incomplete work and tell me that it was my fault that the job was not done in the allotted time.
When all parties agree on timeframe for the completion of a job, and the parameters of that job, it should be understood that anything less than a completed job is unacceptable.
I will not be going back, but if you intend to use this establishment you should be aware that their employees are not always aware of the timeframes expected of them nor how to deliver acceptable work within an agreed upon period of time.
