I have 3 cars and have been going to Dunn for years never had a problem with
service. I have a cracked wheel that everyone told me could not be fix and Dunn
made it happen. This place is the best not much to look at but the work is the best
and the turn around time is same day. Much better and the other guys that wanted to
keep my wheel for days. Thanks Dunn

Dunn with Done!

I called up and spoke to a woman and then to Dunn himself and was quoted $80.00 to max of $100.00 but it rarely hits $100.00.

My cousin has a set of $6000.00 Giovanni's and just got them repaired from winter abuse at Yonker's Wheel & Tire Depot for about $450.00 and they came out perfect. My rims are stock Lexus SUV rims, nothing special what so ever.

So it was snowing and sloshy and I was with my cousin who had things to do as well. We came to DunnSport because the price should have been $400.00 max and I could get there by subway. We roll up and they look at the rims, we're running a special for $450.00 but we won't be able to get them back to the original color, that would be another $150.00 for $600.00 -> $200 shy of a set of new ones on ebay.

My cousin's rim is something special and needed to be fixed. We had two separate transactions but only given one ticket that said 20" black rims (his rim) but read $450.00.

Fine. I drop the entire vehicle off told it would be ready that Friday or possibly Saturday. Saturday rolls by, Monday rolls by and I call them. Mind you, they don't always answer so you'll hit their fax tone and have to call back. I got them and Dunn told me he told someone to call me back on Saturday as it was ready Saturday. They never did naturally, way to go Dunn for following up! So I ask him what's been done and he said the 4 rims on the vehicle. I asked him about the 20" black rim and he said he was wondering why it was there and I said to get fixed, it was the only thing written on the ticket. He said he would call back later to let me know when it will be done. Tuesday rolled by and I called them at 6:40 PM letting them know that the trains are delayed and I may be there just after 8 PM as their time is written on google from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. They told me they close at 7 PM and they didn't put that on Google. They apparently refuse to change the only place that lists their hours since their website does not?!?!

I picked up my car five days later from when I dropped it off chasing them down. I arrive and they say $520.00 as the black rim was cracked and $70.00. Dunn himself said he cut me a deal on it which is good considering you jacked up the price per rim about $35 a piece on me anyways. I pulled out my debit card and he said it would be an extra 10% for anything not cash. Really??? Now you tell me this after everything else and this isn't listed anywhere. I talked to Dunn three times and this was never mentioned. This place is bullshit! I had to run to two ATM's and pay service fees for that to avoid an extra $52 being tacked on.

I'm Done with Dunn...

If you are looking for a good reliable and honest mechanic this is the place to go. Thanks to my having a horrible Jeep that needed to be fixed ever other day I have become a frequent customer to Dunn sport over the past 4 years and in all of the time I have been going there I have never had an issue. If something was fixed it stayed fixed unless it was a defective part, which they always corrected without charging. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful from the owner to the mechanics and I would recommend this place to everyone they know what they are doing and always do the right thing. It's very rare in today's day and age to find people who have ethics and morals!!! I love these people!!!!!
