It's very rare that I take the time out to write reviews but I definitely had to... I had an amazing experience at Dunn's River! I had a party of 11 people and the staff, owner, waitress and band were great! I got to celebrate my 28th birthday in style... There was a live band singing happy birthday to me... And singing a bunch of classic reggae tunes! The place is vibrant and upbeat, friendly staff... But most of all amazing food! You must try the "jerk chicken & shrimp pasta" my fave :) thanks again for making my birthday special! We had a blast... See you guys again real soon!

The band is excellent! The owner and staff were very attentive. The escovich fish was delicious. The drink with Guinness and Wray and Nephew really hit the spot the let down in this place is that it's too small. But, the lead singer on Carlos Santana's "Diana, Diana" sang a birthday tribute to his lady. It was great! I luv this place.pm

I went to the Sunday Brunch & the food there was Excellent!!! If you are looking for delicious, authentic Jamaican dishes, this is the place! Sunday Brunch consists of all you can eat, served to you one plate at a time. Thank goodness the dishes are basically ready & there's not a long wait at all :). We all know how sometimes their service is lacking, but this was quick, the servers were pleasant & very efficient! I recommend the Sunday Brunch highly!

Food & Staff Horrible!!!! You will not be Happy when you leave. Don't be fooled by the other great reviews, Im sure they are faked by the owner. The customer service is horrible slow and the food isn't that great, both customers on both side of my table was complaining as well. The owner a black big mouth Jamaican woman comes around with a fake hospitality personality and sarcasm to go with that just for your money. Not a classy place at all, prices are to high for the low quality of service/food and they charge the tip to your bill. They also try to rush you out the door if you decide to sit and converste or your need to keep ordering drinks.
Floors are sticky you'll feel your shoe sticking to the floor and bathroom are smelly, imagine the kitchen food are being prepared.

Rated Worst place I ate at !!! Disgusting owner.

In my home planet they do not have this type of food. We are mainly fed through machines. So to consume food like a human you want the experience to completely kick ass and be worth your time and money.

Dunns River Lounge? This place rocks.

Awesome Jerk Chicken, my kid loves the Mac & Cheese (she's 2) but if you put a plate of their hot wings in front of her say hello to an empty plate because it's all going in her belly. Oxtail made the right way, tender and delicious. Every meal our family has had at DRL has been A+

You like Rum Cake? Of course you do. You are most likely a human and all humans love rum cake. Theirs is delicious.

Easy to park at, close to other RVC attractions and the train if you want to come from out of town. Just stop reading this review and get your ass down to DRL you won't regret it.
