They have a great location, right outside of the EZ Pass, which kind of keep them very busy, but the staff here is so slow, that I am not sure what is the real reason that makes them so busy...
Ignoring that, like 99% of DD in New York, good coffee and fresh donuts, all the rest is so so.

My bagel with butter turned out to be a smushed bagel with no butter on the bagel. Instead, the butter was in the center of the bagel. Disgusting glob of butter in the hole of the bagel. The staff is too lazy I guess to just move their hand over a bit to actually place the butter on the bagel.

Not a fan of any donuts, but had a "Twin Donut" last week and was surprised that it was good, better than Dunkin' Donuts as I remembered. So, I stopped in today @ DD to buy 1/2 dz and bring back to work. There were not many to choose from. I picked 6 and asked if they were fresh. "Yes!" said the clerk. STALE is more like it - hard and crusty.
This little DD is a dump and their donuts are awful.

The grilled cheese sandwich was the worst I have ever had. Take it off the menu, PLEASE! !! Horrible. The coffee is good though.
