They move very suspiciously . And go to the bathroom with their phones as if they going to make a suspicious phone call . weird .

This Dunkin Donuts does not deserve any stars. I am disgusted by the service that my relative received today. She asked the employee not to mop by her feet and the employee began to say rude comments to her. What happened to the philosophy of "Providing Excellent Customer Service"? Many people today are unemployed.Perhaps this tall slim male should not be working there anymore since he does not believe that the customer is always right! I called to complain to the owner and was told that the owner doesn't speak to anyone. Hard to believe if someone cares about there business. I was told I would never speak to him. Dunkin Donuts (WNY) you lost my business!!!!!!!

I used to goto this Dunkin Doughnuts every morning but I stopped going after I realized they start to dilute their coffee to the point where it had no taste. At first I thought maybe they put too much cream, but then I asked them to remake the coffee with less cream and the taste was still the same. Very Bland.
The customer service also wasn't that great depending on who takes my order.
