Dunkin' Donuts

I used to go here every day. I'm shocked that people would write negative comments about the staff, the people who work here are so friendly. Unlike other Dunkin places, they are very meticulous when it comes to getting rid of the stale coffee and putting in a fresh pot. There's a reason why there's always people who go to this place, its pretty much never empty.

Stay away.!!!
If you want a donut or coffee and want to be treat as a shit then stay, otherwise you must be away from this people.
Very slow, ALWAYS in bad attitude with most of the customers.
Living half block away was a constant getting some coffee IN THE MORNING before take the bus for work, that's it..!!! Can't handle anymore after A YEAR holding it.
This is the THIRD REVIEW in my life, really must me mad to write something online, well is that bad.!!!

I'm a restaurant manager and I know sometimes are customers with bad way to ask things, but come on, YOU CAN'T treat people like shit every single day.!!!

Rude staff, and would never go back

Good quick stop. No faster or slower than any other D& D....but they try.

We stopped at this Dunkin Donuts while shopping at PathMark. The very inexperienced (and we think high?) worker at the cash register stared at us blankly as we placed our order, only to have us repeat it 5 times to the manager as she taught him how to enter it on the computer.

My husband's omelet sandwich was still cold, and needed to be reheated. We had to tell the worker MULTIPLE times what drinks we ordered, and he still got them wrong. My raspberry tea was flavorless with chunky sugar on the bottom of the cup, and when I asked for it to be remade, they just doused it with raspberry syrup and I was drinking straight syrup (which of course I threw out). They didn't make our grilled cheese sandwich for our son, and I had to argue with the manager about whether we had even purchased it before they finally made it! Also, they didn't apologize for any of the mistakes.

The place is so disorganized, they just yell orders to each other and then don't understand when they mess things up. Ever heard of printing order tickets or using computer screens to check off orders like EVERY OTHER FOOD SERVICE PLACE???

We will not be going back.
