I drink an xtra-large hot caramel decaf nearly every day. This is the closest DD located near me and the absolute worst! I travel anywhere but here, they feel they're doing the neighborhood a favor. It's just a job to them and not very well done. (DECAF does not mean REG... and x-large caramel deserves more than 1squirt... and what about that 18min rule)

The absolute BEST dunkin donuts in the area. All staff i had met had been courteous friendly and professional! Its always clean, and the food/coffee was always good.

Love this place, they get awesome customer feed-back. I know because I used to work there, and the customer feed-back is posted up on the wall for all the employees to see, and we were always blessed with positive comments. A year later and they still have great tricks that the other branches don't do, such as shaking the beverages JUST RIGHT! Also, they just renovated!

I freakin asked for a bagel with cream cheese n they gave me a bagel with no cream cheese at all.. the drink was good.. but thats it.. ended up trowin it out and gettin food somewhere else.. a waste of money for food i didnt get correctly
