Horrible Customer Experience!! Staff are incompetent and illiterate. They cannot listen and take orders properly. A shift leader with red shirt with name "Mayur" was drunk and intoxicated when taking orders. I could smell the alcohol from his breath 4-5 feet away away. He was also very unprofessional and rude towards a lady in front of me. It seemed he did not care about the customers behind him who have been waiting in line for long minutes. Personally, I was shocked to find that he was actually a shift leader. Also, the manager was nonchalant and did not apologize to the lady and the rest of the customer. In my opinion, there needs to be a change in management!
