Let's just be honest, Dunkin is what it is, a quick grab and go coffee and snack place- it doesn't pretend to be anything else. This Dunkin serves stuff the same as everywhere else, but if you are dealing with the kids behind the counter you'll get regular service versus an adult- the younger cashiers agent malicious just young. However, if you walk in feeling entitled, they I'm sure they will treat you as such. On the other hand if you act like a polite person you'll get good service and even a smile with a you welcome.

ASKED FOR A PLAIN STICK AND A JELLY STICK AND GOT A PLAIN STICK AND A JELLY DONUT, ALSO, ASKED FOR A TOASTED BAGEL W/CREAM CHEESE GOT AN UN-TOASTED BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE. WE COULD UNDERSTAND IF THEY WERE BUSY BUT THERE WAS ON ONE IN THE PLACE EXCEPT YOU AND ME. GET THE ORDER RIGHT, THAT IS WHAT YOUR BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT, GETTING THE ORDER RIGHT!
