Ok for the most part but how you run out of plain bagels at 9am Saturday!!!! Actually all bagels were almost gone as well.

My daughter had a horrible experience just today. She had a coupon on her phone and the Manager refused to accept it. She herself wasn't sure and had to ask a crew member if a coupon could be redeemed over the phone. And the crew member was clueless too. The coupon clearly stated " can be redeemed over the phone". I guess these people including the Manager need to be trained better.

a couple a weeks ago i went there and ordered 1 plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and 1 sesame bagel the same and 2 blueberry muffins and than i went to the pick up and the lady is like we dont have blueberry creamcheese and im like when the hell did i order blueberry creamcheese and they gave me 1 bagel and one muffin the lady i order the food with young light brown hair didnt count my 2 muffins and 1 bagel
