I use to work there and I can say myself they need more practice with better assisting customers including handling business situations with employees.

Was quite disappointed this morning when I went through the drive-thru at 3:25am and no one answered while I waited several minutes at the order board and then I drove up to the window, waited, honked my horn several times and still no one answered. All the lights were on, the open sign lit up and they claim to be open 24 hours. Will attempt again tomorrow, if I am actually served I will change my review.

i love the dunkin on S Orange Ave !!! BEST SERVICE ....friendly atomosphere and the staff is very helpful. they make the best coolatas too !! will def reccomend this place to all my friends !! thanks DD
