The workers here have horrible customer service! I can't stand them! Idk if they're racist or what. They don't make iced lattes good, the last one I bought, I threw it in the garbage after I tasted it smh. If you're in this area go to the dunkins on Fulton street only!

The guy working there let me use the bathroom despite the lateness of the hour and me not having bought anything. Without any other experience, this level of service is enough for a 4 star review in NYC.
