SERVICE HORRIBLE. The waitress (Claudia) literally got angry at us for her not doing her job. It wasnt even a big issue. We showed our student IDs to two different waitresses for student discount. The waitress who was actually in charge of our table probably didnt see the IDs. But we are pretty sure that she saw our IDs. She came back and yelled at us. No exaggeration. I mean, how difficult is it to get us a fixed bill? Is it something to get angry over? What right did she have to get angry at us when we showed nothing but respect?! When we were talking in Korean, she angrily asked us what we were talking about. She was very insecure that we might have been talking about her. We werent even really talking about her. Even if we did, she did not have the right to do that. She told us that we were wasting her time, while she was the one who took more than 20 minutes to get us the bill. She also said that we were treating her badly. Haha. We never disrespected her in any ways. We never said bad things. She refused to admit and talk to us and just blamed everything on us. The manager apologized on her behalf. But this has ruined my perception of this place. I probably wont be going back. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible! This waitress kept frowning at other people too. I mean, who does that?! If you are looking for a nice jazz club that you want to enjoy, avoid this one. Not worth the money.

City Winery is a beautiful space. I visited for the Klezmer Brunch on Sunday and, although I'll be back for wine (duh), I have to compliment whoever is managing the venue. The staff is extremely professional, though not stiff, and very knowledgeable about grapes. They helped me pick out a seat based on acoustics. There were some sound problems with a reverb for a minute or two but they resolved it.
I was surprised there was such a small turnout for the Chai Notes but the beautiful weather outside might explain it. In any case, even Klezmer tunes provide more of a muzak backround noise for conversation than a full-on brass show, albeit one had in elevated voices.
My large challah egg sandwich was surprisingly good, nice, puffy and rich. The home fries that came with were pretty bangin'. Prices were reasonable. As you descend the stairs to the basement you pass a wall of cellared wine bottles and a barrel cave downstairs. Nice. I can see why the space works well for special events.

Its a regular pop up Dunkin Donuts. Not an official Dunkins! They don't offer any sandwiches or special drinks. If you ordered any of the drinks they will most likely be watered down and lack any flavor at all.

Hot drinks are pretty standard here as compared to other Dunkin Donuts. However, in the summertime when I'm craving an Iced Coffee or Latte, I don't like coming here because everything is so watered down. Even when I ask for less ice, there is no flavor to the coffee. Bummer.
