A nice place to establish a business. The product lives up to Dunkin Donuts standards, but as a manager, I would have dismissed the counter crew. 10 min observation turned up not quite 1 error per minute.

this new DunkinD is the real deal! The staff always have a nice smile, courteous greeting. There is no inner employ conversations which assures customer the correct order placed without the need to repeat numerous times. This General Manager instructs the staff about priority being 'that perfect cup of coffee'-fresh, not burnt or watered down with milk/ or cream. All Dunkin employees should take notes on hospitality & service from this 'cool crew' on Lenox Avenue. Harlem Hospital and neighborhood should be forever appreciative of people such as this.
