If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Where to begin.. I have been in NYC for 5 days now and been there twice. The first time was an awful experience but my husband and I thought we'd give them a second chance...BIG mistake and we won't be back. They barely speak any english, didn't understand a word me or my husband said. They were very rude, it literally took 5 minutes to order three things, and after spending all the time ordering and speaking as plainly as possible they would still have mistakes. My husband is in the military and it's a little aggravating that he fights for a country where people work and can't speak decent english!!! I'm not saying they need to be 100% fluent but the 30% they are working with is a little unnerving. I DO NOT recommend going to this location. There are several other Dunkin Dounts in the area, I'd try them even if you have to walk a few blocks. That's what we will be doing, or there's always Starbucks!
