Dunkin' Donuts

Slow, bad service. At 6:45am no coffee, what ? 47 degrees at noon, and no dark roast. 8 people in line, and their cleaning, and one person talking orders. This is what goes on, I'm done, never going back.

This location used to be much better. Now it's deplorable. Since they changed managers, the staff have become as rude as could be...only concerned with each other's nonsense. I have now witnessed on several occasions that half of the staff do not wash their hands after they have gone to the restroom; nor do they adhere to NYC Health Department code by keeping the facility clean and wearing appropriate hair covers when prepping food. The coffee is not made properly and is often burnt. I just got a phone call from "Paul" about a complaint I filed, and all I heard were empty excuses and attitude because someone is calling his location out for its short-comings. I'd rather go to starbucks a few blocks away then EVER go to this location again.
