Dunkin' Donuts

Below are the issues I face with the particular Dunkin Donuts everyday!
-I order the same thing every morning medium iced coffee and something to eat, However my coffee never tastes the same, and 90% of the time my bagel/ sandwhich is missing something!

-The ladies mainly the manager (ALMA)are rude and if you ask them to please correct the mistake they get angry. I brought a guest w/ me onetime and they overheard her saying "this girl always complains" I do because my order is always wrong!

-They refuse to but cream cheese on my bagel twist. I have video of them refusing saying they will get fired if they do this!? I mean I'm not asking for much! just cream cheese on the damn thing!

I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday! sometimes twice a day spend at minimum $7.00 I also get three tubs of ice cream every week during the winter! That's almost $15.00 a day on Dunkin Donuts! times 365 days a year! I find it disturbing the way they are treating customers! They are the first people I interact with in the morning, and 90% of the time it is a bad interaction.

I hate going to places where people constantly jump in front of each other.

Store clerks allow people to jump ahead of line. They also have communication. Problem with customers

Almost as good as any other Dunkin'. Donuts tend to be a little stale once you pass noon. Staff are friendly and attentive. Other than the 5 or 6 seats at the window seating is sparse. No tables available. Plan your visits for before afternoon and you'll be fine. The coffee is always good. 2 stars.
