If they had an award for the worst dunkin donuts this place would win. I do not care what your job is, whatever it is do it right. Make good coffee, listen to someones order, move the drive up window line quickly. Most importantly get people's orders right. If any of the above is difficult to do, then a career in Dunkin Donuts is not for you. Hire people who understand what is required of the position. It would be one thing if it was a once in a while thing, but it is literally everyday. Disgusting and even worse since they "remodeled"

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I ordered Sausage Egg and cheese on a plain bagel "no toasted" and they gave me the whole thing cold, almost frozen,I asked for coffee light and sweet and got dark with no sugar. When I complained with register she said she will fix it with such a bad attitude. Since the personnel got changed this place got worst. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
