Dunkin' Donuts

Decent place to get some coffee.

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

Standard donuts for the most part, but they have decent (strong) coffee and the service here is always quick when I'm rushing out the door in the morning. Sometimes they are out of certain flavors which is a bummer, but DD is so convienent that it keeps me coming back again and again.

Good place to grab and go! Has seating and there's other stores nearby

Bad service. Manager is rude. And the service is very slow.
