- Terrible #67008

The employees are miserable and don't care. I go through the drive through and the kid taking my money doesn't say a single word. Just points at the price as I pull up. No "thank you" or "have a good day" or even a damn smile.
What ever happened to customer service? This place sure doesn't teach it or seem to care if employees finish up sending their text before acknowledging you. Everyone's got their cell phone at the ready either hanging out their back pocket or on the counter.

Had a bacon egg and cheese Bagel from here and it was awful. Bagel was tough, hot chocolate was good tho.

I work nearby and have to come to this location at least once a week. Theres always a long line, always... and they have made my drinks wrong 9 out 10 times. I hate that this is the closest dd near me
