I would first like to say that our family are a great fan of your products. But, My visit to your store today in fairview has been a big dissapointment. I know that from time to time that after cleaning your machines the solutions can be retained in the machines by accident, neglect or for which reasons. I had bought my wife a large coffee coolatta today. When I got home I was told it tasted bitter and sour as if the detergent used had not fully been flushed out of thier machine. So I told her I would go back to get a refund and goto another store and buy her another coolatta. The worker there told me that that I was not telling the truth and there was no refund policy. it is absurd for me to go back to get a refund for $3.99 + tax = $4.27. I told him I needed to go to another store to by the drink. I asked for a manager who had to be called via cell phone who told me the samething. Finally he did say he needed to swipe his card for a refund. no refunds? no apology?
