Lady in the drive tru is always talking in spanish. My sons dont speak spanish. Need to get someone that spark english. Always messong my order.

They need to take out Elizabeth who is the cashier in the drive thru in the am. I stopped going there because she just shoves the food to you and tells you to basically hurry up. Then tell you to move your car forward then back. Makes me feel so uncomfortable. I guess to not to mess up their time? They do it all the time! Then she tells me have a great day but doesn't finish giving me the rest of my order. Horrible customer service. "New management" but same ghetto employees.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The bathrooms are filthy, one of the associates sneezed on their hands, wiped it on their clothing and proceeded with serving food. when I got my sandwich, there was a long piece of hair in it, so I brought it back and the manager started cursing at me. I am very unsatisfied with my visit here.

Horrible!!!! Twice they have messed up my order, not to mention that the bagel was hard and old, management here sucks!!!! Something is wrong and they need to fix it asap

the food was really bad it was old i try to buy a muffin but it taste horrible , don't buy food in that dunkin donuts
