Dunkin' Donuts

They are always out of donuts and when you do find a batch they are air filled and taste like cardboard.

This location is always packed with customers. The line at times moves at a reasonable speed. My last experience here doesn't reflect all the other times I've came here, which were great. I purchased a medium iced coffee that was completely undrinkable. The amount of sugar that was added to the coffee was just ridiculous and so sweet I felt like I was downing a 10lb bag of sugar. Too bad I was running late that day and couldn't go back and have it remade. I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue..

The boys and girls in this donut shop are very pleasant and always very accommodating. I have seen some dunkin donuts dilute their coffee in to the afternoon; probably they put more water on the same coffee powder. But in this place whatever the time I have been its always been a perfect cup of coffeee..

Yeah so I'm a big mouth and I write a column in a very successful local magazine and happen to be a bit mouthy and listened to on the internet, but the staff didn't know that. Around 3:30am I went to the drive up and ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich. They handed it to me and everything was fine. When I got home, not too far away, I noticed they forgot the egg. (It happens) I called back expecting an argument with over night fast food employees. (Not that pleasant.) Instead I was greeted on the on the phone with a nice young woman who was more than willing to apologize and offer me a replacement sandwich if I wanted to come back.

I know this sounds like exactly what you should expect from an establishment but it is far from what you get these days. Especially at 4:00am from a fast food joint. I've lived down the block for years and really had no reason to spend my money at a fast food place but she has now changed my mind.
