sign say they open at 530 and it's now 550 and they are still inside just looking at me. All I want is a dam cup of coffee and you but heads are just in there looking at me. America can't run on coffee if you won't open the door on time. I mean doesn't anyone care about being punctual anymore. if your door says your going to be opened at 530 you should be here to get ready at 515 or earlier. I mean come on its not that hard........ oh yeah right Amanda

Stop in to get breakfast on a Monday morning. I ask for a croissant with ham and cheese, no egg. Another server tells my server, "Like a number 12." I'm assuming Number 12 is what I asked for. My sandwich takes FOREVER (mind you, I'm running late to work). When I get it, it's artisan bread, not my croissant. So I complained to the person who made it that this wasn't what I asked for, and place the sandwich back onto the counter. She gives me the nastiest look, snatches the bag and throws it roughly into the garbage can. I have to wait a few more minutes and then my the correct sandwich is given. I asked for ketchup and she ignores me three times, to the point where I stormed out angrily because I felt I was going to leap over the counter and punch her in the face if I had to ask again. When I sit down at work to eat my sandwich that I went through all the trouble for, the ham was BURNED to a crisp. I'm NEVER going here again, and I strongly suggest you don't either.

I just don't understand. I paid for a service, and I should have it the way I asked for it. The behavior of that server was so uncalled for.

This store is disgusting, saw a caterpillar like bug crawling on the floor, saw an employee touch the nozzle of the iced coffee dispenser. Just a nasty place - avoid it
