The equipment used to handle coffee and food is never cleaned and they're constantly hiring new people without proper training.

3/27/2009 - 7:30PM After waiting 10 minutes to get served because there was only 1 person behind the counter who was busy filling ice cream orders I ordered 2 glazed sticks which were oily and undercooked. Terrible quality, terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
