Poor amounts of respect for consumers, if they even had any left. Was simply using change and the cashier was impatient. Lack of respect, tolerance, and patience will shut them down in the long run

Worst Dunkin .....they behave like savages ....they don't know how to talk with employees so as with customers.....the manager is the biggest savage!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst dunking donuts I've ever been in and I've been to plenty. I have no idea why I occasionally come here the workers don't give a dam, they're slow as hell and always gets my order wrong!!!!

Horrendous. If there was a discount for repeating your order every meal would be free. Literally I had to repeat my order for a pound of coffee, a medium coffee and 2 donuts six times during last visit. If there is more than one person ordering your order is nearly guaranteed to get messed up or forgotten completely. You can count on an epic fail with every visit. If third world customer service is your thing then this is your favorite spot in all of Queens.
