One of the worst service. Manager is extremely rude. Her name is "Khatun" that lady is from Bangladesh. I have no clue how her husband live with her. Her parents didn't teach her nothing. This kind of people is not deserve to work for Dunkin Donuts.

The workers in this Dunkin Donuts are absolutely atrocious and disrespectful. Especially the South Asian woman who prepared my bagel for me. First of all I didn't understand her calling me for my bagel the first time, and then she literally yells at me with the only attitude because I couldn't understand her accent the first time. Honestly, they need to replace their worker because they are so disrespectful. Never going here again.

terrible service, rude employees, burnt coffee, and wanted to charge me for a cup of ice..... clean water act ring a bell? would not recommend.

This Dunkin Donuts is conveniently located right outside of the 179th Street subway station with the intention of providing coffee and donuts to customers before boarding the train for work. Donuts are standard and service is pretty quick.
