It's always busy here. The service is and very friendly though. It's about 15 feet away from the F-train so it's ideal for grabbing some coffee and a quick snack before you go down into the hustle and bustle.

The food and service is really good here. I like it because It's really close to my home. And this store supports mobile payment via Apple's Passbook application for iPhone; so you can buy a Dunkin' Donuts Card, add money to it, and add it to the Passbook's application and when you're in the store you can just scan your bar code on your iPhone and you're good to go. So, if you forget your wallet at home, which many of us do from time to time, you don't have to worry about payment if you have your iPhone with you. In my opinion, that's really great.
