Service of the employees is poor that is related to their manners. Even the behavior of the lady manager (FATEMA) is below the standard. Today (on 6/12/13 at about 1:50 PM) she misbehaved with my wife. Please either instruct to improve her behavior or put a good behaved manager. Looking forward for the improvement of the services.

They are my local dunkin donuts shop so I get my food here when I have no other options. Staff isn't so friendly here, my orders gets messed up sometimes, coffee isn't fresh all the time. WATCH OUT GUYS!!!
