Asked for a frozen coffee drink. The man deliberately gave me a warm coffee drink with whipped cream. When I asked him to touch it, he was convinced that it was a frozen drink.

- Terrible #80661

Shady people that work there. They conviniently screw things over to their favor to benefit themselves. The other day I went to buy the cake bites and on the box it was $6.99, but the cashier tried to rate it up to $9.99. The manager came out and still insisted on charging me $9.99, eventhough the price was wtitten on the box. Then the other day I went through the drive through and I ordered #4 which comes with hash browns and sausage and cheese crossaints. I got the order and I took off. A minute later when I opened the bag I saw that they never put the hush browns in it. Just whenever you decide to go over make sure you check things twice because it had happened to me before at the same place multiple times.
