Same Dunkin food and coffee, but the service here is excellent. This is my local home location and the staff members are super friendly and now know what I usually order.

This Dunkin' Donuts offers snail's pace service, rude customer service (especially to the elderly), open 24 hours, close proximity to the train, and does not honor any deals/coupons.

I don't know why, but the cashier rolled her eyes at this elderly woman in front of me as the woman tried to order and pay.

The cashier was also rude to the elderly lady behind me.

I tried to use a coupon for a medium iced coffee and the cashier told me that they don't honor any coupons.

Ok...

So I paid for my medium coffee.
And it tasted disgustingly burnt. Like drinking charcoal with sugar and milk.
So that's unedible.
